SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with GKK Sports Lab, a baseball equipment brand powered by Zhejiang Zhengjia Technology Co., Ltd.

GKK Sports Lab supplies standard, customized, OEM/ODM, private-label and bulk baseball equipment to distributors, brands, schools, clubs, teams and other business customers worldwide.

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An inquiry, quotation request or purchase order does not constitute acceptance of an order.

An order is considered confirmed only after product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, production requirements and other applicable details have been confirmed in writing by GKK Sports Lab and the buyer.

For customized, OEM/ODM and private-label orders, production may also require confirmation of artwork, samples, packaging specifications or other technical details.

2. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Production lead times vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, artwork or sample approval, material availability and factory production schedules.

Any production lead time provided before final order confirmation is an estimate only.

The confirmed production schedule, where applicable, will be stated in the quotation, order confirmation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement or other written agreement between GKK Sports Lab and the buyer.

Production lead time generally begins after all required order details have been confirmed and the agreed payment or deposit has been received.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight or another logistics method agreed in writing between GKK Sports Lab and the buyer.

The available shipping method depends on the destination, shipment size, product type, delivery requirements and applicable carrier restrictions.

Shipping costs and estimated transit times will be provided separately where applicable.

4. SHIPPING TERMS

The applicable shipping term, delivery location, freight responsibility, insurance responsibility, customs responsibility and transfer of risk will be confirmed for each order in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement or other written order document.

Where an Incoterms® rule is used, the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place or port should be stated in the relevant order document.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, import duties, tariffs, taxes, inspection fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.

GKK Sports Lab is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, incomplete buyer documentation, import restrictions or unpaid duties and taxes.

6. DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND DELAYS

All production and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement signed or confirmed by GKK Sports Lab.

GKK Sports Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs authorities, weather, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, shortages, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays when information is available.

7. DELIVERY INSPECTION AND SHIPPING CLAIMS

The buyer should inspect the shipment, outer packaging, quantities and visible condition of the products promptly upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage, shortage or incorrect shipment should be reported to GKK Sports Lab within 7 calendar days after receipt of the shipment.

The buyer should provide the order number, shipment details, photographs or videos of the packaging and products, and any relevant carrier documentation.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect our ability to assist with a carrier claim or investigate the issue.

8. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Where reasonably necessary due to production schedules, product availability, shipment size or logistics arrangements, an order may be shipped in separate consignments with the buyer's prior written agreement.

Any additional costs or revised delivery arrangements will be confirmed before shipment.
