Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from GKK Sports Lab, a baseball equipment brand powered by Zhejiang Zhengjia Technology Co., Ltd.

As a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and supplier, GKK Sports Lab provides standard products, customized products, OEM/ODM services, private-label products and bulk orders. Refunds, replacements and other remedies are subject to the terms below unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled with the written agreement of GKK Sports Lab.

If production has not yet started, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once production, customization, logo application, packaging production or other manufacturing processes have begun, cancellation may not be possible and the buyer may remain responsible for all costs already incurred.

2. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized, OEM, ODM, private-label, logo-printed, specially manufactured or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or another issue confirmed by GKK Sports Lab.

This includes, but is not limited to, customized products with buyer-approved artwork, specifications, packaging or branding.

3. STANDARD PRODUCTS

For standard, non-customized products, any request for return or refund must be submitted in writing and approved by GKK Sports Lab before any goods are returned.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE

The buyer should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt.

Any visible shipping damage, shortage or incorrect shipment should be reported within 7 calendar days after receipt of the shipment.

The buyer should provide photographs, videos, shipping labels, packaging information and other supporting documentation to assist with the investigation.

5. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If the buyer believes the products contain a manufacturing defect, GKK Sports Lab should be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

The buyer may be requested to provide photographs, videos, samples or other evidence necessary for evaluation.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, GKK Sports Lab will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund or another commercially reasonable solution.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized products
• OEM/ODM products
• Private-label products
• Logo-printed products
• Products manufactured according to buyer specifications
• Products damaged through improper storage, misuse, modification or normal wear and tear

7. REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved, GKK Sports Lab will determine the appropriate refund method based on the original payment method and the circumstances of the order.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution and applicable banking procedures.

8. LIMITATION

Except as required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing, GKK Sports Lab shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the purchase or use of the products.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
